A perfect Christmas appetizer featuring crispy phyllo cups filled with creamy Brie cheese, tart cranberries, and a sweet drizzle of Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey. This dish provides a delightful balance of textures and flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 4 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 tsp “Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm” honey
  • fresh thyme leaves for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter, then cut into 12 squares.
  3. Press each square into a mini muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Place a cube of Brie into each phyllo cup and top with 1/2 tsp cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the phyllo is golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme if desired.
