Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

  • 1/4 cup Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips, melted (optional for extra richness)

  • Fresh berries (optional, for topping)

  • Shaved chocolate (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocados, Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Gradually add almond milk (or your choice of milk) to reach a creamy mousse-like texture. If desired, melt the dark chocolate chips and blend them into the mousse for an extra layer of richness.

  3. Transfer the mousse to individual serving dishes or bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to set.

  4. After chilling, top with fresh berries or shaved chocolate for an extra touch. Serve as a decadent but healthy dessert option that’s rich in flavor and texture.
