Ingredients

1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)

1 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey (or more to taste)

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup milk or cream (any kind of milk can be used)

Cinnamon stick or extra ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature, or chill it in the refrigerator for faster cooling.

In a small cup, combine the Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey and ground cinnamon. Stir to dissolve the honey completely.

In a glass, pour the chilled coffee and add the cinnamon-honey mixture. Stir well to combine.

Pour in the milk or cream and stir until the coffee is well-mixed. Adjust the amount of milk depending on how creamy you like your iced coffee.

Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
