Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)

  • 1 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey (or more to taste)

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup milk or cream (any kind of milk can be used)

  • Ice cubes

  • Cinnamon stick or extra ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature, or chill it in the refrigerator for faster cooling.

  2. In a small cup, combine the Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey and ground cinnamon. Stir to dissolve the honey completely.

  3. In a glass, pour the chilled coffee and add the cinnamon-honey mixture. Stir well to combine.

  4. Pour in the milk or cream and stir until the coffee is well-mixed. Adjust the amount of milk depending on how creamy you like your iced coffee.

  5. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.

  6. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
