Honey Glazed Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for a smoky flavor)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey, cinnamon, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and black pepper. Ensure the wedges are evenly coated.

  • Arrange the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they’re not overlapping to ensure they roast evenly.

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown on the edges.

  • Once roasted, remove the sweet potato wedges from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot as a side dish with grilled meats, a salad, or any main dish of your choice.
