  2. 1/2 cup coconut cream
  3. 3 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm Lavender Infused Honey
  4. 1 tsp culinary lavender flowers (dried)
  5. 1 tsp agar-agar powder (or gelatin if not vegan)
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  7. optional: fresh berries for topping (e.g., blueberries, raspberries)

Cooking Instructions:

  • In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, coconut cream, light honey, and lavender flowers. Heat over medium heat until warm (do not boil). Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the lavender flowers.
  • Return the strained mixture to the saucepan. Sprinkle in agar-agar powder and whisk to combine. Heat again over medium heat, stirring continuously until the agar-agar is fully dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mixture into two ramekins or small cups and let cool to room temperature.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Before serving, top with fresh berries for a burst of color and flavor.
