Honey Lemon Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced thinly

  • 2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

  2. Once the water is boiling, add the sliced ginger to the pan and reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 3–5 minutes to infuse the water with the ginger flavor.

  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey until fully dissolved.

  4. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and taste. Adjust the sweetness or lemon flavor by adding more Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey or lemon as needed.

  5. Pour the tea into two cups. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve warm and enjoy the soothing, refreshing flavors!
