Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt for a sweeter option)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey, and vanilla extract until well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness if desired by adding more Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey.

If using strawberries, hull and slice them. Keep the rest of the berries whole or slice them according to your preference.

In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture, berries, and granola. Start with a spoonful of the yogurt at the bottom, followed by a layer of berries, then granola, and repeat until the glass is filled.

Sprinkle the top with extra granola, chia seeds, and fresh mint leaves for garnish.

For the best flavor, chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld together. Serve chilled as a breakfast, snack, or light dessert.
