Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Honey Balsamic Glaze:

  • 3 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Optional Garnishes:

  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped

  • Balsamic drizzle (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour about 1/4 of the Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey balsamic glaze over the chicken. Seal or cover and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.

  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with the remaining Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey balsamic glaze.

  5. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and drizzle with additional balsamic glaze if desired. Serve with roasted vegetables, salad, or rice for a complete meal.
