Ring in the new year with this non-alcoholic sparkling Lemonade using our Lavender infused Honey.
Ingredient List:
• 1/4 cup Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm lavender-infused honey
• 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
• 2 cups cold water
• 1 cup sparkling water
• ice cubes
• fresh lavender sprigs for garnish
Preparation Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine lavender-infused honey, lemon juice, and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until honey is fully dissolved.
2. Pour into a pitcher and add the remaining cup of cold water and stir well.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. To serve, fill glasses with ice, pour the lemonade mixture halfway, and top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs.
