Raw Unfiltered Wildflower Honey

Price range: $12.00 through $45.00

Pure Raw Wildflower Honey from Our Family’s Bees

Our Raw Wildflower Honey is where the Honey in the Hollow story begins.

Every jar comes from the honey bees Glenn carefully tends throughout the season. We don’t blend honey from different countries or outside suppliers—it’s always harvested from our own bees, then carefully strained and bottled by our family to preserve the natural flavor, aroma, and goodness that make raw honey so special.

When you choose Honey in the Hollow, you’re choosing more than honey. You’re choosing confidence in where your food comes from and knowing the family behind every jar.

What Makes Our Raw Honey Different?

Unlike many grocery store honeys that may be blended from multiple sources, many from outside the US, our raw wildflower honey is harvested from the nectar our bees collect from a diverse variety of seasonal wildflowers. Every harvest reflects the blooms, weather, and changing seasons, making each batch uniquely its own while maintaining the dependable quality our customers have come to expect.

Because our honey is raw, it is gently strained to remove large pieces of wax and debris while preserving its natural enzymes, pollen, antioxidants, and rich flavor.

Flavor Profile

Our raw wildflower honey has a smooth, well-balanced sweetness with subtle floral notes that change naturally throughout the season. Early summer honey is often lighter and milder, while late-season harvests develop a deeper color and richer flavor as the bees gather nectar from fall blooms.

That’s one of the beautiful things about real honey-nature writes the recipe.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my honey crystallize?

Yes! Crystallization is a completely natural process. It has not gone bad. Simply place the jar in warm water and allow the crystals to slowly dissolve. Don’t  microwave it, but you can put it in the top rack of your dishwasher in a sealed bag and run it with your dishes. It comes out perfect!

Does raw honey need to be refrigerated?

No. Store your honey at room temperature with the lid tightly sealed.

Where does your honey come from?

Every jar is produced by the honey bees Glenn cares for and harvested and bottled by our family. We never blend our honey with imported honey from other countries.

From Our Honey House

One of our favorite moments at farmers markets is hearing someone say, “I have your honey at home.”

There is no greater compliment.

We believe every jar represents a family who trusted us with their hard-earned money, and we work every day to make sure it’s a product we’re proud to share with our own family as well.

Thank you for supporting our bees, our family, and small-batch American beekeeping.
