🍯CINNAMON HONEY BAKED ACORN SQUASH WITH BROWN BUTTER & SAGE
A timeless fall and winter side dish, baked acorn squash becomes tender and caramelized with Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm Cinnamon Infused Honey and finished with nutty brown butter and fresh sage. It’s elegant enough for holidays yet simple enough for family dinners.

Ingredient List:
• 2 medium acorn squash, halved and seeded
• 3 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm Cinnamon Infused Honey
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 6–8 fresh sage leaves
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• optional: 2 tbsp chopped toasted pecans
Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place squash halves cut-side up on a lined baking sheet.
3. Brush each half with 1 tbsp honey. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Bake 35–40 minutes until fork tender and caramelized at the edges.
5. While squash bakes, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook until golden brown and nutty (about 3–4 minutes). Add sage leaves for the last 30 seconds until crisp.
6. Remove squash from oven. Spoon brown butter and crispy sage over each half.
7. Drizzle remaining honey lightly before serving. Sprinkle pecans if desired.
