A complete meal in one bowl, this dish combines tender salmon with a honey-soy glaze and fresh veggies for a healthy and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients:
• 4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
• ¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium)
• 2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 cups cooked brown rice
• 1 cup steamed broccoli
• 1 cup shredded carrots
Preparation Steps:Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil.
1. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil.
2. Place salmon fillets in the baking dish and pour the glaze over them. Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting occasionally.
3. Serve salmon over brown rice, topped with broccoli and carrots. Drizzle with remaining glaze.
