Creamed honey should be stored below 70°F to maintain its smooth texture. If it becomes liquid, it is still delicious but will not return to its creamed state.

Creamed honey isn’t made with cream. It’s honey that has been carefully crystallized to create a smooth, spreadable texture. We make ours in small batches right here at Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm.
