Ingredients:

  • 1 turkey breast (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the butter, honey, and sage together to form a paste.
  3. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
