Ingredients
For the Meatloaf:

1 1/2 lbs (680 g) ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat or regular)

1/4 cup milk (or broth)

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dried thyme
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Honey Glaze:

1/4 cup ketchup
-
2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey

1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 1–2 minutes to soften. Add the ground turkey, egg, Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).

Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on the baking sheet.

In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.

Brush half of the Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey glaze over the meatloaf. Reserve the other half for later.

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

During the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the remaining Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey glaze over the meatloaf.

Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a side salad.
