Honey-Spiced Golden Milk Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (any kind—dairy or plant-based)

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)

  • 1 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • A pinch of salt

  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. Stir occasionally to avoid scorching.

  2. Once the milk is warm, add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until the spices are fully dissolved into the milk.

  3. Let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend the flavors.

  4. Add Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey.  Stir well.

  5. If using vanilla extract, add it now and stir to combine.

  6. Pour the golden milk into a mug.

  7. Sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top for extra flavor and visual appeal.
