Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 banana (optional, for creaminess)

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for added creaminess)

  • 1/2 tsp lime juice (optional, for a citrus kick)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen pineapple, frozen mango, and banana (if using) to a blender.

  2. Pour in the coconut milk (or other milk) and Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey. Add Greek yogurt if desired for a creamier texture. If you like a tangy flavor, add lime juice.

  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.

  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey, or add a bit more lime juice for extra citrus flavor.

  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or mango, if desired.
