🍯HONEY POT ROAST
A classic Sunday pot roast made slightly brighter and richer with Honey in the Hollow honey stirred into the braising liquid; deep beef flavor, tender vegetables, and comforting gravy.

Ingredient List:
• 3 lb chuck roast
• salt/pepper
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 carrots, chunks
• 2 cups beef broth
• 2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm Honey
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tsp thyme (dry or fresh)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Sear roast on all sides, then remove.
2. Sauté onion; stir in tomato paste.
3. Add broth, honey and thyme; return roast and carrots.
4. Cover and braise at 300°F for 3 hours until fork tender.
