  • 2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm Lavender Infused Honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh lavender for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut into the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, place the duck breasts skin-side down over medium heat. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
  4. Flip the duck breasts and brush with lavender-infused honey and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 10-12 minutes until the duck is cooked to your desired doneness (medium-rare is about 135°F or 57°C).
