From the Honey House
Despite the name, creamed honey doesn’t contain cream. It’s pure honey that has been carefully crystallized to create its smooth, spreadable texture. We make ours in small batches right here at Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm in Perry County, Pennsylvania.
