  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped mushroom stems, goat cheese, 1 tbsp thyme-infused honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
