  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm Lavender Infused Honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 6-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add lavender-infused honey and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
