Ingredient List:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, pulse oats until finely ground.
  2. Add almond flour, matcha powder, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until well combined.
  3. Stir in chia seeds by hand.
  4. Roll the mixture into 8 small balls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
