Ingredient List:

  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm Lemon Infused Honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:
