  • 6 fresh figs, halved
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Honey in the Hollow Bee Farm honey
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Cut a small “X” on the top of each fig half.
  2. In a small bowl, mix goat cheese with 1 tablespoon of raw honey.
  3. Stuff each fig half with the goat cheese mixture.
  4. Drizzle the remaining honey over the stuffed figs.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and thyme leaves.
