Cooking Time: 15–20 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
For the Salmon:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, thinly sliced
For the Honey Mustard Sauce:
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the honey mustard sauce evenly over each salmon fillet. Arrange lemon slices on top of and around the salmon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F/63°C).
Serve hot with your choice of sides, such as roasted vegetables, a fresh salad, or steamed rice.
